Cancellation Policy

All cabin reservations require a minimum deposit equal to the cost of the first night of accommodation at the time of booking payable by cash, credit card.  Some properties require full payment at the time of booking.

From the time that you make your booking and deposit is paid your cabin/s are held for you.  This means that, should someone else want to book, we may not be able to take that booking.

Should you cancel your booking, you will be charged a $30.00 administration fee to be retained by Inverell Caravan Park out of refunds issued or given the option to use this deposit within the following 6 month period.

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the day of arrival no refund of any payment shall be made.

Refunds will only be given in regard to the above conditions.  Refunds will not be given if guests simply changed their mind, their circumstances change, choose wrong accommodation or due to weather conditions (except in the case of the emergency services evacuating the Park).

While people have their favourite sites we reserve the right to move bookings in busy times with accordance to the needs of the park.

A fee of $100 will be charged for smoking in cabins or excess cleaning is required.

 

Pet Policy

Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when on park property.

Any disturbances such as barking must be kept to an absolute minimum to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced

You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog.

With the exception of service dogs, all other dogs are not allowed in any of our accommodation or facilities such as amenities, camp kitchen and laundry.

You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your dog. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inverell Caravan Park and its entities, its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your dog.

Dogs are not allowed inside any cabins at any time.

Any evidence of dogs inside cabins will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.00.
